Leadership-Masters is not for everyone. We take a unique approach to high-level learning, because we engage managers and executives emotionally and psychologically first, before we ask such students to interpret our processes intellectually. This creates deep emotional and psychological anchors for the skills and competencies that we are called upon to develop, and such anchors result in dramatic and sustainable change.
Although the environments that we create are high-level and completely safe, the core questions contained within our modules are challenging and compelling.
